Asiago Cheese

Just enough aged cheese to make a special loaf for any meal of the day.  Crusty on the outside, chewy inside.

Ingredients:  Unbleached bread flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid], water, whole wheat flour, Asiago cheese, rye flour, salt.
