Asiago Cheese Bread
This sourdough has just enough aged cheese to make a special loaf for any meal of the day. Crusty on the outside, chewy inside. Naturally fermented, yet has a very subtle sourdough flavor.
Ingredients: Water, organic whole wheat flour, unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), asiago cheese, rye flour, salt.
