Have you heard of Brötchen? You probably have if you are German or have visited Germany. Basically, it is an artisan bread roll that is crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside. These can be enjoyed in a variety of ways! Cut them in half and add your preferred topping (butter, jam, egg, cheese, cold cuts, etc.). Use them in place of bagel, sandwich bread, or just as a side at dinnertime.
